I am wondering..  How many tires do you see rotted off in the junk yard?
They don't use covers.
I think tire covers are just something invented to take your money.
Do we need them?    Why?
It is not a bad idea to replace the tires every 6-8 years because they 
dry out and crack... EVEN on the Inside,  the sun never gets there.
Just my 2 cents worth.
