Verna, looks like the curved bed is only available in
the deluxe model which is 12" thick.  The picture that
I saw at their web site shows that the top of the bed
looks about the same height as the middle cabinet
which divides the bed.  All you can really do is
measure the distance from the base of the bed up.  

My concern would be the distance between the top of
the bed and the hanging cabinet at the end of the bed.
 Again you should be able to measure this and
calculate the free space if you use this mattress.
