[A/S] Refrigerator vent 89 Excella 34

I am trying to figure out fishing an antenna wire for an xm satellite radio 
antenna from the top of the trailer down through the refrigerator vent 
opening and then back to the over couch radio area. I have looked in the 
owner's manual and there are no pictures or schematic for the vent opening.

  I have not had time to check it out fully but it looks like they last guy 
through the opening for a solar cable removed the entire top cover to gain 
access to the opening. The attachment points for the top cover have been 
covered with new caulk so do not yet know whether it was riveted or screwed 
back in place.

Questions: Can you fish the wire without removing the top vent cover. If so 
how many hands does it take... If you remove the top cover do you then have 
clean access to drop the wire or do you still have to fish the wire under 
or through the second cover?
