That's a smart move.  The greater the cushion in carrying capacity, the
better off you are. And keep the PSI at maximum.

When I weighed my Airstream 15 years ago, I suddenly realized the carrying
capacity of the tires was nearly identical to the weight of the trailer.
Even at that, I'm sure there were occasions when the weight of our Airstream
was challenging the carrying capacity of the tires, i.e. Interstate highways
with a high ribbon of macadam between each concrete section -- and the
horrendous I-10 around New Orleans.
