Trim level is the  type of interior finish like Ford Custom vs XLT.

Single axle vs tandem is more a function of age.

You will see a 1959 26ft Overlander with a single axle.   Both the 
Tradewinds(24ft) and the Overlanders were built with single axles and 
tandems.
