I went back through your posts, and must be missing the type of trailering
you have in mind... are you planning to be a 'fulltimer'? 'weekend warrior'?
'occasional boondocker'? 'need your own space, even if it's just in the
driveway'? Unless you plan on doing some long-haul, cross-country, 65mph on
the highway driving, i think you may be okay with your 4.0L light duty
puller... In fact, one advantage might be that you will have direct
experience of the limitations of lighter tow-vehicles...

two other things come to mind: firstly, remember that these trailers were
designed to be pulled by the contemporary 'family car'... it was not the
normal way of things for people to buy a trailer AND a dedicated tow-vehicle
for it. Your pickup truck might be perfectly satisfactory for occasional and
careful towing...
secondly, the 'Bubble', and some of the other smaller Airstreams aren't
plumbed for bathrooms or toilets; they may not have any kind of holding tank
as, back in the day, people would just run their gray water onto the ground.
Coincidentally, i bought my '65 GT in Dover, and parked it and lived in it
for the first few weeks in the Airstream park at Port DelMarVa, near
Rehoboth Beach - here's a picture (in another group's photo files):

After towing it all over these United States for a couple of years, I
settled in an RV park in Santa Monica, CA, where it was misappropriated by a
young couple who (i suspect) hauled it up to alaska, looking for work on the
pipeline (back in the late '70's)...

If you could stand limiting your trailer-towing until you can find a
reasonably-priced and heavier-duty puller, i think that GT in Delaware looks
like a really sweet little trailer...
