True, but a tankless water heater does have significant advantages.  
You save the weight of the water you're not carrying in the water 
heater, the energy needed to get it hot and keep it that way and the 
time waiting for the water in the heater to warm up once it's been 
depleted.  But I think the biggest selling factor is that if you're 
hooked up to city water and drain, it's a hot shower that only has to 
end when you've finally had enough.

I guess no one here has any experience with the CET model so it's 
time to go figure out how many GPM at what temperature is really 
needed for a decent shower and make a judgment call.
