[A/S] 20 Ft Single Axle

How do these units tow? Should I be looking at sway/controller bars?

Anyone know the hitch weights along with gross axle weight? Its an 
Argosy.

Now the biggie, I have a 1991 Crown Victoria, could I safley tow with 
it (with mods) or should I be looking for a 3/4 ton van?
