You have a "home state" which can be the state of your choice.  Most people 
pick either Texas or South Dakota because of favorable tax and registration 
rates. Neither state has a state income tax.  You can register your vehicles 
without being present. You do have to go to them to get a driver's license.

Texas has an organization called Escapees.... www.escapees.com.  When I 
started to fulltime I joined.  I get my mail sent there and they forward it 
to me wherever I am.  It goes to any local post office, with my name and 
"general delivery"

I set up all my bills... hahahaha  what bills???  Okay, I have a few. 
Cellphone, AOL, Directv and Blue Cross to pay either online or automatically 
with my credit card which I pay online.
