  Hi All,
 the Nankang tires are made by   Taiwanese tyre manufacturer.
On the subject of tires. In the future all North American tire 
companys will start to put a nylon cap over the steel belts to help 
stop the chance of the steel belts seperating. I am not sure if this 
will apply to trailer tires but look for this designation on the side 
wall of future  passenger and light truck tires. 
 Example-- 2 steel belts-1 polyester-1 nylon. Only tires that  
contain a full nylon cap ply will contain the designation in the 
lower sidewall, 1 nylon.
