In electronics repair, we used a product called "Plasti-Pair" by GC
Chemicals. It is a  two part product, a plastic powder and a liquid, you
combined the plastic powder with the liquid to a mayonaise thickness. We
could then use it to fill plastic gaps, form replacement shafts, it couple
be drilled or milled.
I have been away from the electronics bench for over 15 years, and in this
era of over protectiveness, I do not know if the stuff is made anymore...
but, if it is, this is exactly what you need.
The last bottle that I had was used to repair the plastic grill on my truck.
I have used it to make all kinds of small stuff...
