Howdy all,

I've got an '02 F250 PSD, and I'm unsure about it's
performance.  As I am mechanically disadvantaged, I
need y'alls advice.

I have been using the Red Line fuel additive for the
past 5 months, and have just replaced the original air
filter with a K&N filter with no noticeable change in
mpg.

My mileage in & around town is in the 18-19 mpg range.
 My towing mileage highways 11-13.  My hoghway speed
is 60-65 with or without the AS.  From lurking around
here I've formed the opinion that this may not be the
most I could expect to achieve.

I'd like to know 1) is there a potential problem that
should be looked at; or 2) is there something else I
can do to enhance my performance.

If y'all would be gentle and use lay terminology I'd
appreciate it.  I wouldn't know a gidget from a
gadget, and go to sleep when near physics.
