As I understand it...

All of DirecTV's basic and premium channels are at 101 and can be 
received with a round dish with a single LNB

DirecTV's Para Todos spanish language programming and some of its 
HDTV are at 119 and require an elliptical dish with two LNBs

DirecTV's latest HDTV is at 110 and requires a special "Sat C" LNB 
kit to fit between the 101 and 119 LNBs on the elliptical dish.
