You only have to worry about level when you are parked. When you are moving 
the stuff is sloshing around.

You can run propane while you travel..... but you need to turn it off when 
refueling the tow vehicle.

I don't run my fridge when driving because if you leave the door closed 
everything stays cold anyway.
