don't forget municipal easements.  electric companies have the darnedest knack
for showing up to do something in their easement at the most inopportune times!
Level?  why?  only if you are wanting to run the fridge on LPG.  if you have
electricity to run it on, I would not be concerned.  also, there are leveling
blocks I have nailed together then finally replaced for the cheapo plastic  2
height blocks.  
 watch for damage from kids unless you have a fence on the neighbors side of the
parked trailer.
