  Hi, I went there and read the whole thing and it did not answer my 
original question.....How do we determine the differance between a 
valve for an alum tank and a steel tank? Tanks come in differant 
physical sizes,(height, diameter) and that will determine which valve 
goes in which tank. The valves will still be built from the same 
material. I took brass valves from my alum tanks and put brass ones 
back. If there is something else involved. I would like to know.
