Hi
I had the exact problem on mine.
It turned out to be the sail switch. It's a  switch that is triggered by air 
flow from the Blower motor. If the switch does not work, no gas is allowed to 
the furnace and it won't light. Oh, and it can be an intermittent problem. 
Mine was.
