Maurice, your experience sounds similar to mine.  I didn't have a discernible 
condensate leakage problem in the midwest or west, but when I got to the 
higher temperature and humidity in FL, the problem was very evident.  You may 
want to consider registering your problem with the factory before the end of 
your warranty period.
