Most of the more expensive covers are breathable, but the flapping 
still wears into the paint.  I agree with Hunter... but lots of 
companies make these (search on steel RV cover):

Fire safety trailers... isn't that what the maker of the tiny little 
retro white and aqua Sero Scotty trailers wound up doing?
