It is not at all clear to me why it is necessary to replace the two 
underfloor lines.  They can be spliced into and any new valves or 
extensions required can be added.

If, in fact, the plumbing under the floor must be replaced it will 
probably be necessary to drop the freshwater tank (or possibly one of 
the wastewater tanks - the run you describe usually goes between  the 
tanks somewhere).
