The picture at the link I posted looks just like mine.
 It is entirely possible that they have the wrong
description posted to this picture, or vice versa.  I
went to the Camping World site to get the picture. 
The two sections twist which allows the poles to
telescope.  Note that water does not flow through the
pole.
