that is probably exactly what is on my trailer, but without the "lineral"? poly
paint.  what is there really looks like gray primer but it does not chalk.
doesn't peel and it is stuck TIGHT to the skin.

odds are that my trailer roof probably just needs a good cleaning and then that
poly paint on it.  even if it looks like it is about 20 yrs old.

tell us more about this poly paint.  why is it better than an epoxy paint?  I
have always been told to spray the primer and then the top coat while the primer
is still damp and that means doing one foot checker board or two people chasing
each other <G> each with his own huge and HIGH volume compressor.  also two more
people busy mixing and filling paint pots and cleaning the empties.  almost as
bad as HVLP shellac...  stuff dries before it hits the surface.
