IF it came with the trailer, it is almost certainly a Zip Dee.
I would replace the fabric and have a knowledgable shop do the installation. You
can get hurt very badly with the springing, etc.  Also, the condition of the
springs, etc of the awning, supports, etc need to be gone thru very carefully.
25 yrs of outside storage will really play hob with the mechanics of not only
that awning but many other things.

Know what you are doing before you mess with the awning or you could just get
hurt, badly.
