I spent a few weeks in 7-10 degree weather at night in the trailer.... above 
freezing during the day.  I had no freezing problems, but went through a 30# 
tank of propane every 3 days..........  I kept the heat cranked up, it was 
too hot insode to be comfortable even, but I worried the pipes were going to 
freeze.

It can be done (if you don't want water) but it's an expensive way to do it.
