I had a leak on the curbside windows in our '68 G.T. that drove me 
crazy. The water would run into the end of the hinge and eventually drip 
out, running into the trailer. Installation of a tiny sheetmetal 
"baffle" sort of thing on the end of the hinge helped, but the eventual 
"fix" was to install some stick-on plastic/rubber "gutter" type of stuff 
above the window, to keep the water off the hinge in the first place. 
Bought a roll of it at Camping World.

The older trailers often had a little aluminum/sheetmetal "brow" above 
the windows to serve the same purpose.
