Before painting the floor I would treat the plywood With a penetrating 
epoxypaying close attention to the edges as capilary action will suck up the 
moisture.Also do you relise that Fir exterior plywood uses the same glue as 
marine and is much cheeper. The only differance between the 2 is marine has 
no voids on the inner cores,Its yoyu money tho. I would also use epoxy paint 
on both sides of the plywood.
