I read your Thursday post about USAA with interest. 
Today I have time to ask a few questions.

USAA covers my Airstream, and, looking at the policy,
I have the same coverage that they provide me for my
motor vehicles.  The only difference, I don't have any
liability coverage on the trailer.  The lady said I'm
covered with my tow vehicle for liability.  They do
not offer a stated value policy, and insure the
trailer at FMV.

While at the Internatonal, I talked with two nice
young ladies working the Foremost booth.  They said
the USAA coverage was close to what they were offering
for a newer AS.  I told them my premium and they said
they couldn't come close.  They said if I had come to
them when I was buying my AS, they could do
handsprings over USAA with their replacement policy.

It doesn't seem that I just have an "apartment
contents" type of coverage here.  It would be nice
if the people I talked with at USAA knew what a travel
trailer is, though.

Would you let me know just what additional protection
you've received from Progressive, that you didn't have
from USAA.  If I'm missing something, I'd sure like to
find out beforehand.
