HAHAAHA!!  What a load of crap! It's just like putting TV on your rig.. they 
probably told you that you couldn't use that unless you were permanently 
parked either right? Well, we all know all you need is the ZIP code you're 
in and a compass right? Why would sattelite internet be any different. If 
it's one which requires a land-line for outgoing data (as most do) it would 
be a totally passive system. 2-way dishes are relatively new and I don't 
know much about them, but at the levels they would have to operate at I 
would think that any sattelite worth it's gold electrodes wouldn't blink an 
eye. There are FAQ's and mailing lists for this type of thing you could 
check out as well. The folks over on "livingoffthegrid" may have some 
insight as well.
