Actually, that depends. My 1196 25' has a double bed and a bureau with 
drawers and a 2nd closet.   The new ones just have the bed, have eliminated 
one whole closet and the side bureau.

Please report back which the 1997 has..... I'm curious.

Other than that change I know of nothing else.... I love mine. Wouldn't trade 
it for a new 34' with a slide.
