First off you would be adding 240 lb. were it wasn't designed to go, or at
least 192 more than you started with. This will throw you coach balance off
significantly.
Most importantly domestic water heaters are not design to be outside vented for
combustion air, exhaust yes, combustion no. You would deplete you interior
oxygen levels significantly with that beast
running. All and all not a good idea.
