Dan,

It's not the regulator, it doesn't have a water outlet. It is the pressure
relief valve that has popped open. This valve was designed to protect the coach
water system from a massive over pressure.
Which incidentally the PTR valve in the water heater would also do. To date the
only thing that valve ever does it eventually leak. The one in my Argosy lasted
until spring break of this year.
The fix is one of two ways depending on how it's install. First, locate the
valve. It is upstream of the regulator and should be located on the roadside of
the coach and accessible from the trunk.
Look to the left in the trunk. You should see the bell shaped regulator and
very close to it the relief valve a small flat top elbow shaped thingy. Of
course it your case you can backtrack where the
flood of water is coming from. If the valve is sweated in you will have to
sweat it out and cap the branch line it was one. It really isn't necessary to
replace it. If your lucky, the valve is
attached with a threaded fitting. In that case just unscrew it and cap the
line. A brass cap should be available at a local plumbing store. At least there
was in Newport, OR when I needed it.
