Are there any inherant reasons to stay away from a '94 30' A/S?  The
owner has had it since new.  I have only spoken with him and not seen
the unit. I would like to hear some feed back.  I have heard some of
them in this time span had exterior finish problems.  Anything would
be appreciated. Thanks
