One word of advice, and I can't speak for the older
vintage trailers, once the weather gets cold and temps
drop below freezing, you need to run the furnace to
get some warm air around the pipes and holding tanks. 
While running electric heaters can suffice for the
living quarters, heat supplied that way will not get
into the ducted areas that the furnace supports.
