[A/S] air conditioner waterfall

Recently while camping we found that the air conditioner had a 
waterfall into the middle of the trailer.  I thought it might be a 
plugged line to the outside, but it seemed to be evacuating water OK.

When at Walt's RV recently, he took apart the AC and found a plastic 
pan under the condenser which was filthy and was blocking water from 
going anywhere else.  When the fan was turned on water cascaded out 
of the AC everywhere.

He cleaned it and re assembled and now works fine.  

We use filters on this AC and I wonder how it got that way.   My 
understanding is that this unit is about 3 years old.  A Coleman.
We bought Airstream in July of last year, so I dont know if it was 
maintained before.
