I strongly support Meguiars as I have been using this high carnauba wax content
stuff since the late 60s.
BUT, shy away from anything that says CLEANER.  it usually has a mild abrasive
in it to remove oxidization from the auto paint it is usually applied to. by
removing the oxide, it brightens the color of the paint.

BUT you can imagine what that does to your shiny aluminium...

Also, when waxing, do it a section at a time.  remember, again, dust which
settles on the rig after your careful wash and super rinse, will also scratch
the finish.  store dust free or replace your pads, cloths, etc. and various
tools.  try to find and use products designed for aircraft or
clearcoated/gelcoated surfaces like boats.  Marina style stores are a good
starting point.
