A lot depends upon how you load your trailer up.  I've
got the same GVWR on my Safari, but I had it weighed
after loading it up for travel.  No water in any of
the holding tanks and came in at 6,000 lbs.  As a
practice I don't tow with any liquid in the tanks. 
You might have more breathing room than you think. 
That's why I weighed mine since my van cannot handle
that kind of GVWR.

Next tow vehicle will have more capacity but for now
I'm fine.
