[A/S] Gas Vs Diesel - a personal choice
Seems right to me Stephen. This is why I cannot justify a diesel to
myself. I am trading in my 2000 on a 2002 beefier truck, but the
2000 has under 14,000 kilometers on the clock. This is typical of my
driving habits, as I spent my life travelling, and now only go 200 to
300 miles from home. My last stint with my career, prior to
retiring, I had to go twice around the world per year for the three
years I was there. I no longer get that thrill when I set out on the
road. I feel rather the - oh my, here we go again, blahs. I like to
get there, but I don't love the trip. A diesel would last me about
two hundred years, unless there is another surprise involved, that
says they have to be driven to last. Hahaha. That would be my luck
if I got one. It would wear out in five years from LACK of use.
