[A/S] Front kitchen 95 '34 foot Excella?

Everyone:  I've been lurking on this board for months, and just 
want to say how enjoyable I find this community.  I'm not an 
owner, but sometime in the next year or so I hope to count myself 
among the lucky.  When I do, I know I will have a great resource 
to rely upon.

Check the link below:  I found an A/S as described in the title to 
this post.  It looks great.  My question is, was the front kitchen a 
factory option, or has this trailer been so extensively modified 
that it was rearranged to put the kitchen there?  I think the 
floorplan is wonderful: putting the kitchen up front allows the front 
midsection to really open up, with plenty of big windows on both 
sides, and makes the kitchen more efficient looking, too.  I wish 
the new models offered this option: it just looks more open and 
efficient to me.  (I wish I was ready to buy today:  I'd be all over 
this one!)

To see the interior, click on the "photos" link on the left side of the 
page.  (Note: the interior photos are oddly stretched horizontally 
for some reason:  the insides look about 50% wider than they 
should.  Just in case you were wondering what a double wide 
airstream would look like!)

A second question:  when do the new year models usually come 
out?  Airstream.com is still featuring the 2002 models, and I'm 
curious to see what's new for 2003.
