Hi! Charlie,

  I have only owned the trailer for three months so I do not know if it ever 
worked, but you may think the check valve could be in backwards. I have seen 
the vacuum breaker under the bathroom sink counter without looking at the 
check valve. I am sure going to see if it is in backwards.
