[A/S] Fridge wires

While checking Peanut's refrigerator, on propane, I noticed that the 
wires for the heating element are not the color that's posted on the 
back of the fridge.  I forgot to take the Dometic model number.  
There are three wires.  Two yellow and one blue or green.  One of the 
yellow wires is capped off and the wires look quite new. 

I realise the information is scanty, but does this trigger a bell 
with anyone?  Should there be a capped off wire?
