thanks, it is made by Puller I think.  but the hitch is called a Pullrite.
I bought the Hensley for 75% off as it allows me to use any vehicle to pull it.
the Pullrite is NOT going to fit my Ford E350 (whenever I find one with the PSD)
so I decided to toss it in the trash and get the Hensley installed.
I think that covers those questions
