[A/S] Hot and cold water in the shower with the pump cycle

Thanks to Jerry F., J L Dietz, Jim G., Don S., and Arnie for 
responding to my shower water temperature situation.

 I first went to the by pass valve next to the heater and found it 
was turned off tightly as Don and Arnie suggested that it might be 
slightly open. Went to the other faucets and found the same condition 
as the shower but far less of a degree. 

 I called the factory and talked to a nice fellow Jim, in the 
technical service group. He suggested the following that clear up the 
problem. There is a screw on the pump end of the pump that he said I 
should turn clockwise while the shower water is running and the pump 
is on. And I should keep turning the screw slowly on till the pump 
runs constantly, when the shower is calling for water. Now when I 
turn on the shower the pump comes on the water gets adjusted to the 
right temperature while the punp is running and it does not shut off 
until the shower water is turned off. He said the screw adjustment 
was setting the pump to the flow rate of the shower, that has the 
lowest in the system. 

 He also said to be sure that the by pass valve was not open slightly 
or even something might be in the valve set keeping it slightly open.
