Hi. I am asuming the trailer was pluged into 110 volt shore 
line. The convertor needs a 110 volt supply. Make sure it is pluged 
in or if it wired direct, make certain the fuse or breaker that feeds 
it power isn't blown or off. Good luck     Arnie
