The short answer is no. Trailers are design to sit on their wheels. The 
frames are built with some arch in them and the load of the coach as it's 
built settles the frame to a flatter plane. You may recall some past 
discussions in this group regarding raising coaches to work on 
wheel/tires/brakes and possibly the infamous rear end droop problem of the 
early 70's. Also mentioned have been problems regarding entry doors fitting 
differently at different times. These things are all related to frame and 
it's "normal" position. I can tell you from experience that part of the 
repair for the tail droop problem was to mount the coach on cross braces set 
at the rearmost and front most points of the coach for no more than 24 hours 
to bring the frame back into position. This exercise could straighten the 
frame by 1/2" or more. So to put a coach up on blocks, at least at the jack 
points will bend the frame out of shape.
