Probably less than 25 watts for the DTV.  One way to estimate power 
consumption is to see how warm the gadget gets. If it runs cooler than a 
same-size box with a 25 watt lightbulb inside it would run, you know it 
uses less than 25 watts.

Sam's club sells an excellent inverter - 400 watts "sine wave" for only 
about $29. I have recommended it twice so far and both users are pleased 
(and saved some money - they usually cost much more at a Best Buy or Radio 
Shack).

Don't forget that when this gadget supplies 100 watts to your TV, it is 
taking maybe 110 - 120 watts from your battery. That means a 9 - 10 amp 
drain on the battery. Don't let it run all night.
