Have you gone to the ZipDee website, or called their customer service?  I
had one awning arm bent on my Excella.  I found the part number series on
the web site.  When I called them, and gave them the year and length of my
coach, they pinned down the exact part number and shipped it to me.
Different lengths have different part numbers.  While you are calling, you
might need the spring loaded nuts that lock the arm in place.
