Why don't you try Oasis RV in Tucson? Joe Pershing is the owner. His phone
number is 1.800.658.5863 and I believe he's in your time zone.

Plan on leaving your Airstream longer than a few days, but go check on it
once or twice to see how it's coming. Stay all day - take your laptop and do
email in the customer waiting room (they had a phone jack last winter). It
helps to see how much work is being done during the course of one day.

Remember, refinishing doesn't come cheap. Also, get everything else fixed
that needs it. Ask Joe to do those jobs during any of the refinishing down
time.  An estimate before any work is done will provide enough time to
mortgage your house.   <grin>
