If you go to Airstream Links or the Airstream Web ring you will find 
the site of a couple from California who had a small trailer 
restored.  They include a drawing and pictures of the dinette that 
replaces the front couch.  If you want to seat four or six 
comfortably, I would look at the wrap around booths in the narrow 
SOBs at the dealerships.
