Thanks for that great input. Looks like you did a great job fixing 
that up. One question, did you replace any of the floor? My 31' with 
twin beds got a leak & the floor has some dry rot long the wall under 
the the bed on the street side. This dry rot is about 5" out from the 
wall & runs about 20" from the back of the window to where the 
trailer starts to curve at the back. Actually, that is not all 
rotted, but want to replace about that much. What I guess I need to 
know how far apart the ribs that support the floor, so I know if I 
can cut out that small piece of wood, or do you have to cut out a 
larger piece. 

A coule of weeks ago I hit a short post & put a dent about the size 
of a Base ball on the very bottom where it curves around too the rear 
bumper. That little panel is right under this dry rot spot, so I will 
try to repair both things at the same time. Any advice would help.
