No,  I haven't replaced it yet...... when I do I'll see how the old one is 
being held and do the same.  I haven't quite justified changing it yet, the 
only thing wrong with it is it doesn't have a built in turntable.   I can't 
believe in 1996 Airstream wouldnlt use microwaves with turntables....

The non skid pad is a good idea..... you know what works better.... "Museum
